Easy Dinner: Pizza Bubbles!
This is such a yummy, easy dinner that I love making on these chilly fall evenings. There's only three ingredients, and even my super picky four-year-old loves them!
Pizza Bubbles
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz.) canned jumbo buttermilk biscuits
1 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping, if desired)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Separate dough in to biscuits. Using kitchen scissors, cut each biscuit into 6 pieces; place in medium bowl.
Stir in 1 cup pizza sauce to coat. Spoon biscuit mixture evenly into dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown and center biscuits are no longer doughy. Sprinkle with cheese and back another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into squares; serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
This meal is just so yummy, and the prep involved just couldn't be easier!
